For nearly a decade, I worked in the BPO industry in Cebu City. I started as a customer service representative and later became a Quality Assurance Specialist, in a multinational information technology company. In mid-2016, I resigned and decided it was time to pursue and practice my profession as a teacher. It was around this time when online selling became popular. Because I was raised by business-minded parents, I decided to give it a shot. It was a one-man team, and as exhausting as it was to handle queries, accept orders, negotiate with suppliers, and pack and ship out orders, I enjoyed it all! 

Years later, I got into the network marketing industry and was at it for a few years until the pandemic hit. When the world began to recover, I wanted to work again, but because of the dread we developed from COVID, I was afraid to go out. As a result, I began searching for online jobs. While browsing YouTube University [lol], I came across a video about teaching English online. As a teacher, it piqued my attention, so I applied, was accepted, and taught students from China, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, and Europe, and I loved every bit of it! When schools reopened face-to-face sessions, class bookings came a little slow, so I checked for other gigs online, and the rest was history. 

As a VA, I wear many hats. I have extensive experience with administrative work, lead generation, content management, CRM management, project management, graphic design, and other virtual assistance services. I also have some knowledge in email marketing, designing landing pages, setting up workflows on GoHighLevel, SEO, and website development.
